Mr. Anthony Travis, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Travis is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and a member of the Swiss Chamber of Auditors and Accountants. From 1982 to 2005 he was an audit partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, SA (PwC) where he was Senior Partner of that firm's Geneva practice and served on the main board of PwC Switzerland from 1989 to 1999.

From 1997 to 2001, he co-lead the joint mandate with the Volcker Commission's investigation into Swiss banks and victims of Nazi persecution. From 2001 to 2003, he led the Swiss Federal Banking Commission's (now called FINMA) study of Swiss and multinational Legal and Compliance functions at a large Swiss multinational bank. From 2008 to 2009, at the request of the Geneva Canton's Minister of Finance, he acted as co-liquidator of the Fondation de Valorization des Actifs de la Banque Cantonale de Genevè.

Mr. Travis is the non-executive member of the main boards of a number of private financial holding companies where he serves as Chairman of their Group Audit Committees. These include Edmond de Rothschild Holdings, Geneva (private holding company of two large banking groups Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild, Geneva and La Compagnie Financière St. Honoré, Paris). He is also non-executive board member of La Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild, Geneva. From 2005 to 2010 he served as chairman of the Group Audit Committee of EFG European Financial Group, Geneva.

He has served as a consultant to a wide variety of clients operating in a broad range of sectors including large-scale infrastructure development and construction (Inga-Shaba), oil and gas (Shell, Texaco, Gulf, Exxon), tobacco (BAT), mining (Gecamines), mining equipment manufacturing and supply, banking and finance and international organizations. Other clients served included Credit Suisse, Lloyds Bank, Banco Espirito Santo, UBS, Barclays Bank, The Red Cross and The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) to name a few.

Mr. Travis has acted as technical advisor to the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) on the drafting of its guidance to central banks on Risk Management for Islamic Financial Institutions. He is also an advisor to the Aga Khan Trust on corporate governance, as well as an independent consultant and advisor on corporate governance and strategic direction for the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

In addition, he is a member of the board of L'Observatoire de la Finance / Financial Monitoring Centre and is a member of the Governing Council of the International Peacebuilding Alliance — Interpeace (formerly the War Torn Societies Project, International (WSPI), Geneva, having as its objective the assistance in the reconstruction of countries and regions affected by civil war and strife. He is also President of the Swiss-Africa Business Circle (SABC), Geneva, a Swiss not-for profit association for the promotion of private sector business networking between Swiss and African based enterprises, and is an advisory board member of Amethis, a private investment fund for large-scale infrastructure and agricultural development in Africa.

His published works include "International Transfer Pricing", "Monetary Debt and the Legitimacy of Demands for its Recovery", "The Auditing Profession After Enron" (subsequently published as a chapter in "Enron and World Finance: A Case Study in Ethics", Palgrave Macmillan, 2006) and "From Bretton Woods to Basel II, Will Ethical Finance Survive Basel II?"; published by Finance for the Common Good/Bien Commun, Geneva and most recently co-authored an article on "Private Equity: Pecuniary Logic and Enterprise Restructuring".

Mr. Sadri Tamarat, Vice Chairman and Board Member

Mr. Sadri Tamarat is a former Partner and Fund Manager for Shanti AM where he specialized in the management of Shanti Europa.

Before that, Mr. Tamarat was the Deputy Head of European Equities and Fund Manager for Fortis Investment. With ₤8 billion under management, he was responsible for all European equity management for external clients. This included financial valuation of companies, strategic investment analysis, geopolitical concerns, risk control, diversification, non-qualified risks on specific investment strategies and operational risk control.

Mr. Tamarat served as the Deputy Head of European Equities and Fund Manager at CDC IXIS AM, which had ₤40 billion under management. Here, he was an External Manager for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority; dealt with new clients from Italy, Scandinavia, England, France and the Middle East; and was responsible successively for Media, Insurance, Banks and Telecom sectors.

As an Equity Fund Manager at Indosuez Asset Management, he was involved with choosing stocks, company valuation and strategic analysis for French and international clients. Mr. Tamarat was also an Equity Fund Manager at BGP and Financial Analyst at NSN Bank (ABN Group) which had ₤8 billion under management. Prior to this, he was the Commercial Secretary in charge of the pharmaceutical sector at the French Embassy of Riyadh, KSA.

Mr. Tamarat is a member of the French Association of Financial Analysts (SFAF); holds a Diploma of Financial Analyst (CFAF); has a first year of Doctorate in International Economics and Finance Auditor (University of Paris IX Dauphine); holds a Masters Degree in Economics (macro-economics, management of private companies, information systems and financial internal control). He graduated with Honors from the University of Paris II, Assas.

HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Hamdan Al Nahayan, President and Board Member

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Hamdan Al Nahayan is a member of the Ruling Family of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The family is the primary political and economic power of the UAE.

HH Sheikh Hamdan is the great-grandson of the former ruler of the Abu Dhabi Emirate, HH Sheikh Hamdan Al Nahayan (1912-1922), and the grandson of HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahayan, the first President of the UAE. He is the nephew of HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahayan, the acting Ruler of Abu Dhabi and the UAE President.

He graduated from the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, Great Britain and obtained both his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Master's Degree in HR Management from the University of Southern California.

HH Sheikh Hamdan is a businessman and takes part in the assignment of major construction contracts for oil & gas businesses of the Ruling Family (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and all of its subsidiaries with contracts portfolio over 13 billion USD during 2012-2015). He also controls projects in international logistics and agro-industry.

He plays an effective role in maintaining a link between government and private sectors. Following family tradition, he represents the senior members of his Royal Family and facilitates the support of government programs with charitable activities.

Under his charitable activities, and on behalf of the UAE Cabinet, HH Sheikh Hamdan is currently heading and developing the "World's Strongest Man Federation" (WSF) which promotes sport in the UAE and encourages physical fitness.

Ms. Michelle Nickelson, Managing Director and Board Member

Ms. Nickelson has spent the last several years in the Middle East developing entertainment projects while garnering hands-on knowledge of investment practices in the region. Her company, Mirage Holdings, is developing the feature film franchise Antar The Black Knight of which she is Executive Producer.

Ms. Nickelson also devotes time to charity projects and brought celebrities Sir Ben Kingsley, Alexander Siddiq and Thomas Sangster to a benefit for Manzil Special Needs School at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The project was sponsored by Mubadala. Ms. Nickelson is also responsible for having Pamela Anderson contribute her time to a Make a Wish auction.

She is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairwoman of Women in Film and Television, UAE. WIFT, UAE is listed on the WIF and WIFTI sites as one of the emerging international chapters. In her capacity as Co-Chairwoman, Ms. Nickelson has worked to produce public service announcements for UAE charities and organized educational seminars for the public to support women in media throughout the UAE. WIFT, UAE recently hosted the mini film festival, Women's Voices From the Muslim World, from Women's Voices Now, a US non-profit organization. This was sponsored by HH Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan's Cultural and Media Centre.

Prior to coming to the Middle East, Ms. Nickelson was Head of Business Development for Manex Entertainment, a two-time Academy Award-winning visual effects studio. Manex took home Oscars for Best Visual Effects for The Matrix and What Dreams May Come. While at Manex, she developed several large investment projects and was involved with raising funds.

Ms. Nickelson began her career in the investment business at Columbia Finance, Beverly Hills and Dae Woo Securities, Los Angeles specializing in entertainment companies. She then stepped into the entertainment industry as an assistant to film producer Jerry Weintraub at Warner Brothers Studios.

Mr. Mark Gill, Board Member

Mr. Gill is currently the President at Millennium Films. Prior to this, he was the Chairman and CEO at The Film Department where he produced Law Abiding Citizen starring Gerard Butler and Jamie Foxx, and The Rebound starring Catherine Zeta-Jones and Justin Bartha.

Before that, he was the founder and President of Warner Independent Pictures (WIP) at Warner Brothers Studios. His tenure at WIP resulted in the most successful film company start-up in movie history — producing 15 films, receiving 11 Academy Award nominations and earning over $100 million at the domestic box office faster than any previous independent studio. In it's second year, sales were driven by March of the Penguins and Good Night and Good Luck.

Prior to founding WIP, Mr. Gill was President of Miramax Films, Los Angeles for eight years. He was involved in the production or acquisition of several dozen films including The Talented Mr. Ripley, Central Station, Next Stop Wonderland, Apocalypse Now Redux, In the Bedroom, Amelie, The Quiet American, Frida, Rabbit-Proof Fence, City of God and Under the Tuscan Sun.

Mr. Gill joined Miramax Films in 1994 and became President of Marketing. Pulp Fiction, Scream, Copland, Good Will Hunting, Muriel's Wedding, Flirting With Disaster, Trainspotting, Slingblade, Emma, Bullets Over Broadway, The Postman/Il Postino, The English Patient, Life is Beautiful and Shakespeare in Love are some of the projects he marketed.

Prior to joining Miramx Films, Mr. Gill worked for six years at Columbia TriStar Pictures culminating in a three year tenure as Senior Vice President in the Marketing Department.

Mr. Ghanim Al Azdi, Board Member

Mr. Al Azdi is currently the Director of Strategic Projects at Abu Dhabi Offsets/Tawazun. Tawazun is a strategic investment holding company of the Abu Dhabi Government focused on defense and specialized manufacturing. In his capacity as Director, Mr. Al Azdi evaluates business development for projects and deals with both internal and external funds.

Prior to that, Mr. Al Azdi was CEO at the Offset Program Bureau to Tadreeb where he developed strategic plans and worked to oversee company operations. He also successfully managed the organization's business portfolio. Mr. Al Azdi was also with the Offset Program Bureau to Dolphin Energy where he served as Deputy Vice President of Marketing and Project Manager.

Mr. Azdi started his career at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. As Acting Export Sales Manager and Senior Sales Officer, he managed export sales activities, evaluated financial aspects of market development and helped create a guide for a strong brand. He was responsible for initiating market studies and analyzing their findings, meeting corporate growth objectives and leveraging the company brand assets through successful brand extensions. Additionally, he's been a Board Member of Al Hilal Takaful Bank, Commercial Strategies Company, Tawazun Industrial Park and Sarah Plastic Manufactory.

Mr. Al Azdi graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Economics and a MBA from University of California, Berkeley. He has also completed Executive Education programs from Berkeley, Harvard, Yale, Stanford and MIT Sloane School of Management.

Mr. Ben Caddy, Board Member

With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, Ben has developed a broad network in the creative, media and entertainment industries, and is involved in a number of complementary businesses and joint ventures.

He is the CEO of ExtraCake P.R.A, an award-winning design and communications agency operating in the Middle East since 2004. Specializing in creative design, events, public relations and digital marketing, ExtraCake is an established agency with a diverse client base from across the region.

Ben is also the co-founder of the wildly successful, Middle East Film and Comic Con event under the Alliance Exhibitions business, which has rapidly grown into the largest pop-culture and entertainment festival in the region and one of the fastest growing events in the Middle East. This is now being complimented with an Education & Artist Services program and there are plans in place for expansion into other major public events across the Middle East.

He is also the Managing Partner of the recently launched Domain Entertainment publishing and production company with a number of projects slated for release in 2015.
