Ben Caddy, President of Operations

With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, Ben has developed a broad network in the creative, media and entertainment industries, and is involved in a number of complementary businesses and joint ventures.

He is the CEO of ExtraCake P.R.A, an award-winning design and communications agency operating in the Middle East since 2004. Specializing in creative design, events, public relations and digital marketing, ExtraCake is an established agency with a diverse client base from across the region.

Ben is also the co-founder of the wildly successful, Middle East Film and Comic Con event under the Alliance Exhibitions business, which has rapidly grown into the largest pop-culture and entertainment festival in the region and one of the fastest growing events in the Middle East. This is now being complimented with an Education & Artist Services program and there are plans in place for expansion into other major public events across the Middle East.

He is also the Managing Partner of the recently launched Domain Entertainment publishing and production company with a number of projects slated for release in 2015.

Annette Waddington, Vice President of Operations

Annette has had an extensive career within the construction industry, having graduated with a degree in Interior Design from London Metropolitan University. She has worked primarily within the hotel and leisure sector, and has had the opportunity to be involved with a variety of prestigious projects such as The Berkeley Hotel and Claridges in London, The New York Palace Hotel in New York and The Mandarin Hotel in Singapore, in addition to palaces and government buildings in the GCC and South-East Asia. She now brings her organizational, attention to detail and project management skill sets to MENA CineFinance.

Work has brought Annette many opportunities to travel and explore new countries and cultures, which in turn has enabled her to indulge her passion for photography and a life-long love of the outdoors and the environment is reflected in her commitment to conservation. She enjoys the challenge of integrating corporate social responsibility projects and involvement with the local community with being creative, and her position as Secretary/Membership Co-ordinator of Women in Film & Television UAE enables her to do so, such as producing on a PSA for the Abu Dhabi Autism Centre.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Annette has lived and worked in both the Middle East and South-east Asia over the last 20 years, and has been based in Abu Dhabi since 2002.

Mohammed Al Humeri, Executive Director Group Support

Mohammed is the Founder and CEO of Unique Management Consultancy since 2011. As a leading consulting firm, he has assisted in establishing more than 17 businesses around the UAE, encompassing all types of companies, including opening and managing private offices for members of the ruling families of Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Prior to this, Mohammed was the CEO of Data Vision IT Systems, a leading system integrator. Founded in 2003, Data Vision has grown from two employees to a 20 strong workforce building ICT infrastructure solutions for hundreds of organizations.

Strategic Partners include; HP, Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, Belden, Juniper Networks, Extreme Networks, Polycom, Samsung, Bosch, Autodesk and ASC.

From 2005 to 2007, he served as Business Development Director, of the MA Group. This included a group of companies in different lines of business such as aluminum, construction, landscape, IT and building materials. He helped increase the group turnover from AED80m into AED120m.

Mohammed has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Ajman, UAE, and an MBA in International business from the American University, of Sharjah, UAE.
